to get tax discs from the post office what do you take in just the old tax disc and v5?

That's what I thought as MOT and Insurance are on the dvla data base but the twit in our village wants the certificates.

It always used to be the case that you needed to provide a valid certificate of insurance and a valid MOT certificate. However if you have received the renewal document it will state which documents you need to provide. On account of insurance and MOT details being logged with DVLA these days the renewal document is I believe in some cases all that's required.

never had a renewal for any bike, got an mot sheet but no proof of insurance

don't have a working printer to print it out and the online tax website is not currently working for me, don't know if its my system its not liking or if its working for other people

You should have a hard copy of your insurance docs.

With that MOT and v5 you should be good to go. The online website worked for me earlier this year from home PC - not sure if it works with mobile devices. Is your on a PC is flash up to date, javascript all enabled, cookies enabled etc.?

yeh mate just keep getting a message they are updating there system, been getting this since the 26th

yeah that bit works then i put in my reg and v5 and then it throws a message up

I scorned one of my bikes on line yesterday and it worked ok after putting the identification number on the reminder
