Jamie I have my old cut standard rear mudguard it's not that pretty but you can tidy it up with a Drexel and its hidden by the seat and under tray and still retains battery and all electrics.

Blade front wheel, might be worth a punt, needs work, but in good condition they sell for £100+

That's an easy enough repair, tbh.
Weld and re-drill and tap is easiest.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
