:lol: Every time someone comes to me complaining their computer/laptop has broken. Do you know what I do? Google the problem, read, fix, receive beer tokens/favours/whatever

Googling is literally all you need to be able to do on computers nowadays

It is remarkable isn't it? Any fault/error code you get - whack it into Google and there will be dozens of people who have had the same issue. I've done that loads of times with family and friends whilst they are on the phone to me and they think I am some sort of computer genius :D
