Have you got a car jack?
Or something to hang the bike from? Garage joists or the like?

Try a ratchet strap if you have a good beam. (rear on paddock stand)

i have a jack etc, sadly no roof beam as it stays in my garage but it has a glass roof, as it is built on from the conservatory,
problem is the dog, horse, daughter and wife all walk through there and i don't want it being knocked over!!! Fook that sounds posh but it aint!!!

Front Headstock Stand

Though the variety of headstock pins that came with the stand aren't big enough for the storm - so using the smallest 13mm one and fitting a 17mm ½" socket does the job and ensures clearance underneath the fairing.

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

If you get an abba stand, you can do your rear shock (as per your other thread) and do your forks with the Abba stand and jack under sump.
Any good?

Re: Front Stand.
Buy an abba stand mate. You were asking what to spend a grand on, 100 on this would be a good long term investment. They now do an attachment which raises the front as well, but if you have a ground anchor and a ratchet strap, this will also work. Anyone here with an abba will tell you the same, worth every penny !!

Have you lads seen the attachment for the Abba Stand. Can easily make one, it gets the front off the ground. Saw them at the NEC.Jamoi wrote:If you get an abba stand, you can do your rear shock (as per your other thread) and do your forks with the Abba stand and jack under sump.
