What a title!?!?!?!
Took a mate for a lunch time sandwhich run. Turns out I was the sandwhich, between him and the tank. <squeak>
To give you the whole story, my mates' about 18 stone = nae ground clearance. Not going fast or anything but I was scrapping my toes round a roundabout.
Soft forks.............the dive under breaking was really noticable. I'm thinking it was probably the worst of any bike I've owned even taking the extra load into account.
Dodgy brakes........breaking hard wasn't so effective carrying all that weight.
With the weight transfer and 18 stones sliding forward squeezing me against the tank, it was probably the funniest, most uncomfartable ride I've ever had. Once in a lifetime even!!!!
I guess what I'm saying is, I now have to agree that the forks are a bit soft and the brakes could be better, but I'm loving being on a bike again.
