Rob charged me £80 plus parts for a service, the bike felt much better and even got polished by his girlfriend, the shock nearly killed it!ottatom wrote:Lots of replies!
I am close to finsbury park, N4 area. Edgeware would be a great place to start! How much do you guys think would be for a quick checkup?
And yours do sound very good. Nice deep tone.you can hear what stupidly loud pipes are like.
ottatom wrote:Ok don't get me wrong, I would love to have a go at dismantling my bike to pieces and then put it back together (providing that there is a reason to do that...) I just don't have a place where to work. A closed area close to my place with a roof, light, music, a fridge and some indecent pictures of samantha fox on the walls. A proper mancave. Am I asking for too much?! I dont think so!.
cripes that's a blast from the past!
Cheers guys!
The original cans have baffles built into them, but from you description they have had a Bafflectomy done on them to rip the baffles out. And no you can't buy replacements baffles for them. Are there baffles that I can buy for the cans? They have honda written on them so they should have baffles right?
Jamoi wrote:To keep it cheap, you can buy various sized universal baffles on eBay for around £12. You just need to measure the internal diameter of the standard can outlet and drill a small hole for the baffles to bolt on to. Would take 2 mins!
