I keep looking at the sv1000 but the mrs says if i buy the mv it has to be the last one...either that or rent a small werehouse...

They've been trying to develop a decent race Gladius (SFV) for a while now and seem to have succeeded. Looks good, though it's annoying that most of them look like GSXR/675/916s - my track bike (now gone), albeit somewhat lower down the specification ladder than this one :lol:, deliberately kept the SV silhouette.
