As I've only done 300 miles since buying it, thought I'd better have a look. Is it right I have to take the clutch cover off, and do I need to pull the lever in first and tie it to the bars just to get at the front sprocket?
As Lloydie said, you should really replace all three together, but doing it now should be a lot better than later.

I removed the clutch lever last time before removing the front sprocket cover complete with the slave cylinder, that seemed to work fine. I think it was our late friend Benny Hedges who suggested that.
