This being sold by a forum member ?

I have so many spares unsold I might start a ground up build. Need a motor though.

I think that's a great idea mate. You can always give us a shout if you need a hand with anything. At best that engine may just need re-timing and new tensioners, at worst it may have a hole in the piston.

I have a mate in Rugby so I could get it collected. Just wondered if theres more to it than meets the eye, if you catch my drift.

in my view he is asking too much for an engine which could have bent valves and has all the easy to sell engine covers missing

Maybe so, but anything running is 4 times the price, so its always going to be a bit of a gamble unless you're prepared to spend plenty. Worth a punt at £100 I think.

Plus the fact theres very few about at the minute.

Looks right dodgy to me, many parts seem to have been scavenged off it from the photos

I've decided to not go with it, but I'll keep my eyes open nonetheless.

I'll keep you in mind if I see any also. It's a nice idea Lee, make use of your spares and help another Storm back onto the road
