SATNAV SETUP

THE RAM SETUP GOT THE STEM PLUG OFF AMCQ CHEERS THEN HE LINKED ME UP TO A CASE

AND I SOURCED THE 1 INCH BALL SHORT ARM MOUNT A LITTLE CHEAPER WELL 7 QUID AS THIS AS FREE P&P

I've just got one of those stem mounts, how have you stopped the top part with the ball attached from spinning? Mine is a little tight but does still spin without too much force.

Yes mine spins a bit used one of the plastic caps where you inset the nut.
that tightend it up a bit.
Going to investigate little more tomorrow Ill let you know how i go on

looks good Chric, regarding the stem mount moving, i used an 8mm socket on a long 1/4 drive extension up through the stem from underneath and tightened it up more

Where are you going to put your A to Z when the sat nav goes tits up and has you walking across the M25 :lol:

Bazza, i use a longer connecting arm when I have tank back fitted and it is still easy to see . :thumbup: although it now obscures the temp gauge

that is only a problem if the fuse for the fan is blown and you are riding round London..........hence the first thing you know about teh hot engine is when steam starts pumping out the belly pan :lol:
