Don't get me started on the subject of dogs and dog owners!! As the owner of a Staffordshire Bull terrier, I constantly get people staring at my dog, just waiting for her to jump up and attack their dog (or child)! It's not the bread or size that makes a dog dangerous. There should definitely be a dangerous owners list!

Feeling like absolute sh1t and not being able to get my apprenticeship assessors' email! He's meant to be coming in today but I feel beyond crap and there's no way I'm getting out of bed. No one has his email so I can't tell him not to waste his time

my vtr starts like a charm during cold starts, yesterday on my ride stopped twice for a break first after 14km's and second after 60km's.
both this time the bike refused to start, when i hit the start button all the lights (neutral,side stand) went off and came back again, when i again tried nothing happened not even a little crank.
am sure battery is alirght, would this be because of the rectifier or some connector issue for the start button ?

Yes. This is what mine did when the regrec went, it got gradually worse till it stranded me.

They get hotter and hotter and stop charging, hence the lack of starting.

See if it's VERY hot after a run.
