Plastic cover
Hi all, There is an item on ebay number 111159841384 its the only way to show a picture of the part as I still cant load photo`s yet, Can any one tell me where this fits or got a pic of it fitted to the bike, I know it sound a bit odd but I bought this bike in boxes so I didn`t take it off, Thanks Again for all the help everyone has given
Re: Plastic cover
I wont upload a pic as I'm too lazy to go through my photobucket account right now. But to explain where it goes is simple. It sits up front underneath the carbs. The pointy bit at the front slots into the frame behind the headstock. The half circle cut out on the opposite end sits around the front carb inlet rubber. There should be a smaller bit of plastic that sits in that gap on the front right where the throttle cables run through. The cowl is held in place by two plastic trim clips like the ones that sit under the tail fairing. The purpose of the cowl is to help direct airflow into the airbox.
