What a cheeky b8stard selling Carls write up, wombles 2.80 postage too!
the guy who sells mcct's of facebook is also a member on here, his name is ade mhitmarsh iirc, I bought a pair of cct's from him earlier of this year, I never received a how too guide with them, I also have another pair waiting for me when I get back from spain, so i'll see if it has the how too guide with it. this seller is taking the piss on ebay, selling carl's write up. but if people are stupid enough not to search online and get it for nothing, what can you do, its the same with the shock spacer, buy one for a fiver or use washers costing 50p.Jamoi wrote:There's a guy mainly on Facebook who sells manual ccts (been on here a bit too), he includes Carls write up with them I think, so it could be someone who has bought a set and now wants to sell the instructions as he no longer needs them.
I'm not saying it's cool to sell Carls write up, but he might not be aware of the forum and wants to make a couple of quid, just saying, he might not be aware of that.
So I wouldn't go to town too much on this guy on ebay, perhaps the guy selling the ccts with instructions should rethink including Carls write up?
No because Carl has the sense to put a disclaimer at the start of itagentpineapple wrote:the guy who sells mcct's of facebook is also a member on here, his name is ade mhitmarsh iirc, I bought a pair of cct's from him earlier of this year, I never received a how too guide with them, I also have another pair waiting for me when I get back from spain, so i'll see if it has the how too guide with it. this seller is taking the piss on ebay, selling carl's write up. but if people are stupid enough not to search online and get it for nothing, what can you do, its the same with the shock spacer, buy one for a fiver or use washers costing 50p.Jamoi wrote:There's a guy mainly on Facebook who sells manual ccts (been on here a bit too), he includes Carls write up with them I think, so it could be someone who has bought a set and now wants to sell the instructions as he no longer needs them.

what happens if the buyer of this guide has a problem, would he or she be within there rights to blame carl as the author?
