No but the reports I've read on them always favor them and say it's a fantastic balanced package with a sublime chassis

I had a Daytona 675 new in 2007, fantastic bike, best handling sports bike I've owned. It is very small though, I felt I could only ride it in my one piece leathers, anything else and I felt too big on it. Seat is the most uncomfortable I've ever had  Even the triumph gel seat was hardly any better, this was on straight roads though, dual carriageways and motorways, 50 miles was too much, but on the twisties it wasn't a problem as you move about a bit. The engine is really good with lots of midrange as well as top end and they don't half wheelie well
I would have another one only if I lived near a race track or was planning on doing lots of track days, I'd rather have a bit more comfort on the road, there's other sportsbikes that are more comfy that are almost as good.

Hope this give you a little insight into what ownership is like, just my opinion of course.

Well im only 5,9 and with short legs lol so small is ok my rsv was always a bit of a hand full size wise but the storm was a lot better and was very usable around here . down this way its bends everywhere so always thought a 400 would be good but did not want to have to rev the nuts off somthing to small . so the 675 seems like a good idea and being a triple has more torque and bottom end which is what I want. I could afford a sp1 but it would be overkill again just like the rsv. and I don't spend hours polishing things rather ride them :D

Get another Storm their cheap enough, so you have something to ride around on through the Summer while you work out what's going to be next.

The 675's look like fantastic bikes.

I'm with the big fella from the midlands though, RC8! RC8! RC8! Then decide you hate it and sell it to me for next to nothing ;) ;)
