front end swap

Post by fabiostar »

just a quick one lads. has anybody on here tried to transplant the entire front end from a kawa zx9r b front end. iv just got the chance of a cheap front end complete from one of these. yokes, wheel, guard, brakes the whole shooting match but was wondering about headrace bearing sizes/stem sizes, finding it hard to google any sizes here :confused

its the early upside down model of forks.
the older i get,the faster i was

Worth a go! Just check the fork length and you can get different stems grafted on

Measure the length and width of the yoke steering stem, length of the forks and give lloydie a shout to compare them with his pile of 954 bits.
