Cross a Firestorm with a Range Rover...
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Taller and slower. Swapped some top end for driveability, hopeless on anything but tarmac, though, as it's much too heavy to heave around in mud.
A storm engine fits perfectly, if you buy a later one with fuel injection I might pop round to see if Ducati bodies might be able to be persuaded to meet the wiring and sensors- I think the Duc needs more sensors, though.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

I tested one and did an Iron Butt (rode 1785 km in 24 hours) on one a few years back (during my magazine days) and quite enjoyed it. Yes, it's heavy with a tall cg, but it's also very comfortable and a pleasant place to spend long days in the saddle. Don't expect it to run and handle like a VTR, but for what it's designed to do, it does it quite well......
