If I can get em made locally here for a cheap price IE $60-$80 CDN would anyone like to know about it.

They are $189 us on the web.

Thanks are they new clip ons or raisers that go under the standard ones.
How much will they raise things by.

They will be the standard under the bar and I will get him to measure exact rise when I go to the machine shop. I havent seen the clip ons where can I view them.
