Re: Op Storm II Part 5, Rhayader Sept 13th 2014
I can only think myself lucky that my missus don't mind me going away on the bike(to be honest she don't have a choice) but I make her believe she is getting some peace and quiet for the weekend, and in honesty she is.TravisZack wrote:I can't make it guys sorry, she wasn't best pleased with the idea

haha nah to be fair it's her birthday, so really should treat her rather than myself. I'd just go anyway otherwise, and she could get on with some baking or something...

Re: Op Storm II Part 5, Rhayader Sept 13th 2014
if you can be at the camp site before 10am that is the easiest option... we might do the same as last year and gather at the Halt diner / petrol station [about 3 miles south of Rhayader on the A470] so we can get a fryup in first but would be leaving there at 10.10am.adewhitmarsh wrote:Im thinking of coming just for the Saturday ride out, time & place of start please ?? but please send a your mobile number to Kev or you will get left behind when we change plans on Saturday morning

as you know, we all make these claims that we wear the trousers in the safety of the anonymous internet forums, but in reality most of us [except Bazza (see above) and Jamie as he hasn't got a woman)] would have to prioritise the good lady's birthday. make sure you get plenty of brownie points for future weekends away

Is anyone actually going to be staying over from the Thursday night? I'm "traveling" up the road on Friday, so doesn't matter if I stay in the hotel in Stafford, or head to campsite on Thursday night.
Will just need to remember which bag my spare kecks are in.
I'll happily be the tail gunner for the progressive group, you all have to wait for me anyway.. and i will have the tank bag full of goodies if your good boys!!

Don't hassle me
I'll get there at some time
