Scratching me nogin

I have a knocking through the bars that started after I swapped the bar angle .
It's started with one knock every few miles now it's all the time ! It's worse when pottering along or on direction change .
I've checked head bearings , wheel bearings , bars , bar end weights , calipers , discs , fork seals are good , nothing is catching ,
I'm wondering if the damper has come loose in the forks as I've checked everything else I think .
The knocking is like someone tapping the bars with a pin hammer .
Any ideas

Remove every bolt on the fork, grease(anti seize) them and re-fit. I had that before and this is what I did. Never figured out which bolt was doing it but it solved it.
