oils

Post by monkeymatt »

Wondering if anyone has used "castrol actevo" 10/40w in their storms .I've been offered lots of the oil 205tlrs to be exact for a stupidly low price .
The reviews seem to be pretty good etc but i almost thought it was atf as it's appearance is more of a red than a golden brown colour .

Check if it''s semi-synthetic - as fully synthetic can cause clutch slip.
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

All I need is an endless supply of oil filters  it would take a considerable amount of time to use the 205tlrs up .

I used that in my second from last oil change.

wombles me the stuff is good! But it goes to sh1t in about 1500-2000 miles and needs changing else changing gear feels like sticking your food in a blender!
