Well it has been a while since I updated this thread, nearly 4 months  so thought I'd update it......
In these 4 months the bike has seen its share of roads. It has been to Devon and back and plenty of local blasts. I have to say that I am still loving it!
Over the past month or two though I have noticed I have been strougling to get my pr3s hot, sometimes hard to get warm. So the rear has been raised slightly, the rear gas also been softened up a little as the spring is to heavy for me and the front has been tweeked too. Even with the changes and dropping the tyre pressures a little I am still finding it hard to get hot tyres so as I have been told my Al, forget the temp and just ride, so that's what I'm going to try as the bike never feels like its about to give way on me even when cranked right over. Very odd but hey. Anyway....
I have now bagged myself some genuine akrapovic baffles so the track day is on!!!!!! I am thinking about changing the springs for some linear ones and swapping the oil before the day too. I think there fitted with progressive springs but I don't know yet but even if there linear they will be to heavy so my skinny ass so I'll order new ones. Or it may wait a while before doing them, not sure yet.
Still have a few plans for over winter which includes a custom screen to keep the wind off my shoulders at speed to stop the bike trying to tank slap. The main other bits are fixing a couple of oil weeps and tiding the bike up, replacing all the crash bungs with new for various reasons and the indicators front and rear. Will probably cost me 300-400 quid in parts over winter excluding the forks and rear shock service. That's just a rough guess, could be more, could be less. If less then that just means more fuel money for next year
