Can anybody recommend suspension settings for a 15 stone bloater with a very heavy right wrist.

in my experience its easier to sort the suspension out i was only 10 stone when i went on my diet

next time you want a pie just buy 1 and put the other money towards paying someone like HM racing or Roger at Revolution UK to dail you bike in for yourself. No seriously pay someone to do it, got mine booked in a HM racing in few eeks time, cost £70+vat and will take about 3 hours. The only problem is I'll gradually run out of excuses for being slow, ummm, well my bikes not setup properly.
