i think it is called a ganglion or something like that...i had one years ago and i was told i had 2 options..
1. Hit it with a heavy book
2. hospital for it treating
option 1 sounds mad but i am told it works 9 out of 10 times
option 2...i took this...the only drawback to this was the tests to see how big it was inside my wrist...the treatment is...being injected with a solution that makes you radio active for 48hrs...if you have small kids or a pregnant wife/gf it's best to stay away from them until the 48hrs is up
It will go on it's own but it will take a long time...personally i would just hit it with a heavy book and if that doesn't work you can always go to your appointment
