They look great polished lots of hard work just to see them turn bronze the minuite heat gets to them But I quite like them that way .until I source some titanium headers

Should I order new studs or do they come off easy

Mine came off without problems but quite often they snap .
I ordered some new stainless steel studs and nuts and changed them anyway .
I soaked mine in wd40 for a few hours prior to attempting to remove . But don't be suprised if at least 1 snap

Wd40 is ok but plusgas freeing spray is way better imho it's better at penetrating threads and wd40 is more of a moisture disspersant.if you can build little plastercine dams around the nuts to hold the oil in ,also you can buy plusgas in non aerosal form ,good luck buddy.

cut through the nut, remove the pipes, clean up the threads with a die nut, replace pipes, new nuts and apply copperslip and bobs your uncle

While of the subject of exhaust nut ,
Any of you lot know the size of the nuts needed as paying £10 for genuine oem nuts is crazy
