With the front wheel and brakes off it's now an effort to tip it forward, so there's more weight there than I thought, cheers Jamie.

Re-attached the subframe and hung some weight off it

Sweet, actually I have a feeling that's exactly what I did (re attatch subframe after realising it was front heavy) when I first stripped the black one down.
