New toy, not bike but........

Post by turbo_billy »

I know it`s not a bike but I had to do something to get over the winter blues. Not had the time or weather to even think about the bikes and have been wanting to change the four wheels for a while, so I bought this..........

MG ZT+ 160, 2.5 litre V6. Not as quick as the bikes but still gives a buzz when you mash the loud pedal  ........and the sweet, sweet sound of the burbling V6, almost as addictive as the twin :D

The sound of a v6 is nearly as horny as a storm with good cans, I had a 3-0 litre 24v v6 Laguna, got twin oval stainless cans and decat pipes made for it mapped and cold air induction made around 260 horse sounded bloody awesome.

Test drove a 330d when I was buying, bought a C320 CDI. The motor in the Merc beat the BM hands down imo. Plus the v6 sounded better than the inline in the BM.
Since had it remapped by Celtic, it surprises a lot of hot hatches etc

Dad had one of these until recently, cracking car. Let me have a go with it in an empty car park, heaviest clutch I've ever used but the sound and power delivery was beautiful
