Again, I see some extreme flywheel lightening here, think it is more abusing.
But to do the crank rebalance cannot be bad thing, that' s for sure.
More I think about, it doesnt make sense to me. Crankshaft is balanced separately from rods and flywheel, engine is designed this way, rebalance together with rods and pistons cannot improve anything.
Had you know this information when doing your engine?
And there is no like matching the weight of crankshaft and rods and pistons. I can imagine lighter crank and heavy pistons can do some harm, but lighter pistons in this case could be even beneficial for for crank shell bearings.
No offense here, I just like to think about these things ...
