Ebc hh pads aren't great in the wet I've found tbh as they cool quickly so I had to dab the brake a couple of times before they had good bite .
The standard pads work well in all conditions

I've never used ebc hh pads, I can recommend brembo pads tho.

I've only ridden in the wet a few times(southern nancy boy that I am)

I found the soles of my feet work quite well
Just stick the genuine Honda pads in you can't go wrong with them for a general all round braking performance.
I wont ever buy Brembo's again simply because they don't have the pad material on them, and once they start to wear they wear quickly, but it does take a fair while before this happens. Then once they start wearing they loose they feel on the lever, well maybe not feel but you feel like they need bleeding as the lever pulls in close to the bar with so much distance between the pad and the disc. Not worth the money IMO unless you going out on track and can afford the upkeep and regular pad changes. But on the other hand when they are new they are bloody superb with great stopping power.

I'm running OEM Honda pads in my SP1 calipers, I'm usually an EBC HH fancier, but the Honda ones are superb!

Seeing this is a brake thread here is my question...
Just cleaned my calipers and changed seals but they still stick do I need to rebuild the master?

Are the pistons moving freely. A little smear of red rubber grease on the pistons helps. Also make sure they are bled properly. Other than that I would check the seals are fitted correctly and then move onto the master if needs be. A seal may have popped out the groove when refitting a piston.

The seals need to be fitted the correct way round -- they can be put in back to front. You will need to remove the pistons to check. There is a slight angle on the seals that is not visible to the eye. The way to check is to install the seal and then with your finger moving from closed end of the bore outwards you will feel the lip of the seal as your finger passes over it. If you do not feel the lip then they are installed back to front and there is a chance of that piston leaking brake fluid. In fact for years Ducati would not sell brake seal kits to the public because a set were installed incorrectly resulting in an accident in the States. They would only sell complete calipers to the public. They would only supply brake seal kits to dealers who could ensure they were fitted correctly.
