Haynes manual has them all at the start of each section.

No doubt the Honda workshop manual is more detailed...it's on here somewhere to download.

I need all the torque settings, I don't have a Haynes and tried the search option but can't seen to find anything

then go to section 1-11 torque values

There's times when I wish AP had some Torque settings. I could set him on low then, especially when I'm concentrating while working on the bike
