Or fit a hidden toggle switch somewhere.

Old skool security!! I was thinking about an on/off toggle on the ignition cut, and a push to make/release to break switch on the starter cut, but that may get tiresome really quickly
Chain and sprockets ordered Renthal std front, +1 rear and a Tsubaki Alpha gold X-ring
Nearing finishing now and getting quite excited!!

Spent a few hours sorting the wiring, soldering, heat shrinking and wrapping. I decided to reconnect the alarm. My get out of jail is 2 scotch locks that I'll keep under the seat. If the worst happens and the alarm shoots its bolt, I know where the starter cut and ignition cut is so I can bridge them out and get going again.
Time for a

On a more serious note...are our engines ok with 5/30 semi synth? And does £225 fitted for a pair of Dunlop Q2's sound about right??
Thanks

Agree, 5/30W is too thin and you will get ring blow-by, oil level will drop and you'll have to keep topping up.
That in itself ain't so bad, but some of the burnt oil will gum up the rings if you are unlucky and the problem won't go away.
If you can't get anything else and need a topup it isn't a problem, though.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
