Been slowly doing little bits & pieces to my bike. It's nothing as flash as some of you fellas get carried away with :wink:, but I'm proud of it :P !

Started with some Micron cans from ebay for $500 (a friend bought the same ones new for $1,700). Sweeeeeeeet sound. Got the iridium plugs (or "immodium" plugs as a friend says. He reckons the bike goes so fast it needs something to slow it down...). I've picked up a dynojet kit cheaply & had a friend do that for me yesterday. She's running beautifully!

And to top it off, for that personal touch... I've added a novelty horn :D . Something like 80 different sounds. Classic. Drives everyone nuts :P (http://www.cogapa.com).

The bike's always dirty. Gets ridden instead of washed & water restrictions are so bad here we're not allowed to wash vehicles anyway unless we go to a water recycling car-wash thing & pay. You guys probably can't comprehend water restrictions any more than we can understand putting your bike in the shed for half a year! So she's dirty, but she's loved... and I'm a happy girl :D .
If you ate yourself would you become twice as big or simply disappear?

You're KIDDING! People in the middle of town around here are installing rainwater tanks left, right & centre because there is no water.

I can't believe they put restrictions on you guys! Perhaps we should move this thread to the jokes section.

LOL. Have to keep that in mind next time I go down to the Gold Coast. Like pmcq said, might be a tad difficult maneouvring up the long staircase in my town-house... and it'd have to be a stand-up mono to even think about fitting in my shower. But we've got out-door showers at our more popular beaches (not sure if you do too). Might be a good fund-raiser... Get a bunch of bikini-clad girls & do bike washes. I'm sure we could charge a fortune :lol: :lol: :lol: !

you do realise that the above fantasy is my intelectual property..and copyright law applies...so you can do it if you call it "marty's bare naked babes bike wash" and i get 75% of the gross.. book and film rights ...and you come out to my place three times a week to rub your pert soapy puppies all over my storm...... :D :D
