It's a common Honda part - and the nut is a bog standard 10mm 'un. Just get the part no. from Ron Ayers and either paste it into DS find by part no. or google it for other suppliers.
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

The thread goes.
Cut off the threaded part, drill a hole down the end and tap it.
Then insert an M6 bolt, cut the head off.
Job done.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
