It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

The blackbird should have a damped front sprocket otherwise they whine a bit. The standard honda ones are a bit different to the DID ones. Your's just has a standard one on it. I was going to change it when it was worn out...

had a great ride to and from work via a few twisties. Wet in between so good day. Bike going so well and the handlings great but i need to possibly soften the front up a bit. Overall very very pleased with it. Out Tomorrow for a blast with my mate on his storm!!! Cue some burn ups.

finally got the silver bike mot'd, like a pillock i'd left an led headlight bulb on the bike, instant fail, i'd also forgotten to re-connect the rear brake lights, another instant fail, and because the indi switch was a bit slow to work, he also failed that, the guy was being a tw@.
so I popped home and collected a spare standard bulb, which I then replaced without removing the fairing, even with my fat fingers I managed it... :eek2
re-connected the rear lights, and wiggled the indi switch about until it worked fine, it just needs a good clean. so off the bike went and it passed without any further issues...
I did have to clean it tho, as the two trips in the pissing rain made it filthy..... :(
i'm still waiting for the bloody logbook, 9 weeks since it was sent to the dvla, I've even sent off the new keeper section two weeks ago and still nothing.
I've someone coming to look at it in the morning, so it could be bye bye silver!!!!
