sorry for being a lazy bugger ,but how many links does the chain on the storm have :?

mine needs replaced very soon :(

Zer0Zer0 did you count them or is it fact :?

i heve a brand new chain its 116 links i am shitting my self to chop it incase i do it to short

i will have to end up with a tiny front sprocket :( top speed 75 mph :(

i got a 16 tooth on the front 43 on the back and mine is 106 links long....

Not trying to teach you to suck egg's and all that Graham :!:

But why don't you alter the length when you decide to fit it, that way you can fit the new chain too the bike and mark the rivet you need to remove, that way you aren't going to cut it short :) obviously take it off again before you put the grinder on it.

good idea ,but, the chain is for another bike i have, and it seems a shame to chop it ,think i will just keep that chain for when other bike needs a chain

Hi,

Standard fitment for the Firestorm is 102 links but it might just be worth noting the sprockets as well.

16 t Front
41 t Rear

If the sprockets are different so will be your chain :o)
