996 or 999??????

Post by Fireman on a Storm »

Can someone confirm what i thought was true.

The Firestorm is a 996cc engine and the SP1 is a 999cc engine.
And finally they did not make a 999cc Firestorm.

The reason I ask is every insurance company I called for a quote and every web sight I got a quote from had the Storm listed as 999cc

this may never happen, but would trust insurance company's to not mark that extra 3cc down as a performance mod on there computers
