Well today I washed her.. But yesterday?

Took a ride over to Stratford upon Avon after work to visit a friend and just enjoy some nice roads for a change. Figured that because the roads were dry and the bike said there was an air temp of 19C that I'd turn the traction control off completely and see how what would happen... Well, I'm glad it's there to be honest. The bridgestone battle wings on it are kinda sh1t, I learnt that a while back, but the TC really helps with them.. It was a handful, but it was a great ride. Looking forward to it once I put a set of Metzelers on it before winter :D :D

Took a nice photo too, at the bike park.. Because why not?

On the adventure forums they are called "Bridgestone Death Wings" Very dangerous, especially in the wet.

Sling the Bridgestone's on EBay as part worn & get some Metzler tourances, before it's too late & your also looking for other bits

Metzler Tourance are an excellent tyre Virt

I almost dropped it the other week in the wet, went straight on at a roundabout doing about 20mph in first and the front just went and recovered at the last minute. Hate the things, although they aren't bad when it's warm. It was 35C when I picked the bike up and they were amazing.

Tourance Nexts are definitely the next tyre, I've used them on my Dads crosstourer and love them. That and I'm a big fan of Metzeler since the M7RR's were put on the VTR.

After that I don't think I'll be doing anything to the bike, it runs like a dream and the power is perfectly fine as it is  stop trying to tempt me :P

Honestly Virt, get rid before you have an off. They are dangerous :end:

You'll get some money back for them as part worn on the bay
