[quote="bigtwinthing"]yep i always stop. Most times its a tow away job isn't it, last guy had a snapped chain on a VFR750 and the other one in this summer was shock linkage had snapped at the bottom "Y" piece an a TDM850. couldn't really help much. always have tools in the van but not enough to get a bike in.

i have squeezed a female biker in and taken her to a train station after locking her bike up with a chain and giving her the key etc. UM still waiting for it back!!! i was swayed by the boobs!!!

try to do the same, and I got helped out by a fellow biker in a car when I lost the bolt holding the gear lever, I was at the roadside but didn't have an allen key in the Honda tool kit, so he stopped and got his tools out.

and on pushbikes I try and do the same. fixed a few punctures and stuff, but last week I aborted my ride plans and went home for a car to take a stranger to A&E after he crashed and ripped half his face off.

hopefully good karma will do a full circle

barsteward, they were great and inviting, but out of bounds. haven't washed my cheek since she kissed it. ( face! Face)
missing the noise, not the vibes. However never say never!

I always ride straight past stranded motorcyclists. Makes me feel superior!

(Nah I've changed wheels on cars multiple times, given bikers lifts to petty stations and back to their bikes on a few occasions, it's just what we do innit :) )

Here for a good time, not a long time.
