Hi all, long time lurker here and I thought it's time I join up [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH] I'd had my Firestorm for just over a year and very much enjoying it.

Hi again all, and thanks for the warm welcome! Not sure what happened with the smileys, I guess the ones built into the phone don't work so well :lol:

I'm based in (not so) sunny Edinburgh, on the upside near the edge of the city so only 10 minutes riding time from some lovely twisty country roads :cool2

Been having great fun on the VTR, only real downside is the brakes are pretty mediocre compared to those on the R1 I previously owned, so looking to do some upgrades there (been reading the forums on MC and caliper swaps to the CBR F4i gear).

Edinburgh, bloody hell I've been going there regular for the past 18 months and i don't fancy those wet bloody cobbles everywhere.

Nice Place though. Been pissed in the Black cat too many times. :lol:
