Freshly installed Acme Bling !

The pipes are a thicker wall pipe compared with the standard ones so should stand up to a few more winters than the standard ones.
10mm x 1.5mm pipe. + Convoluted PTFE hose for the braided bit.

Standard on the left, Acme Products Bling on the right.

Here's the deal...I get these made local to me using an old set of lines, which are sacrificed for just the end connectors, all the rest of what you see is brand new. They cost me £85 for the pair. You pay £85 + postage...£10 sent on a next day** delivery service. You fit & send me back your old ones.
Save on postage come to me & I'll fit them for you.

Having now fitted 3 sets of these they can be done on a paddock stand with minimal oil spillage, you don't need to drain your oil ! You just get a bit that comes out of the pipes when you take them off. Easily caught on a towel, rags or rugby shirt under the bike.

Two sets in stock now !

It's about a two week turn around for the new ones to be made up.

So once I get the old ones back, I drop them off & we start again...

* Acme Products sub contract the manufacture of said BLING Oil Pipes so when I say ''hand formed custom made..'' It's by someone who knows what they are doing...My wonky wrist doesn't go near them until it's time to pay...

** Monday to Thurs only. Parcels dropped off with courier on a Friday get delivered on the following Monday.

Remember only two sets in stock ! PM me today !

I'll second that- a fair price.
The id seems less than std, though, so flow rate will be down slightly; shouldn't make any difference though.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

 Includes fitting & free mobile phone & mouse death box.

You'll need to provide comfy chair to lean bike on for either left or right side to change oil lines oil free...

As the first experimental guinea pig with these fitted will need some hammerite on the line connectors as some early signs of rust blooming. Still beats the OEM Honda ones.
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Yep as they come the paint is easily chipped, I might look at getting them unpainted & do them with hammerite smooth me-self instead.

For a price yes but I don't think my guy would keep stainless in stock so would have to order it in...

I bet you would be looking at big cost...I will enquire.

Not wishing to throw a spanner in the works, as I think this is a great idea.
However I thought this worth mentioning seeing as these replacement oil pipes have a reduced ID.

With the idea of getting some replacement oil pipes made locally, I made some enquiries.
One thing that was highlighted in the process was the ID of replacement pipes. It was explained to me that the ID bore size of replacement pipes should be the same size as the originals, definitely not less/smaller. The reason being a smaller ID pipe will cause a restriction in the oil circulation. This will put more pressure on the oil pressure relief valve, meaning less oil will be circulating the engine.

I'm no expert on this, although this certainly sounds feasible.

I'd be interested to hear the views/opinions of others on this who have more knowledge and/or experience than I have?

As I was in the MacCave today I took the liberty of checking these...

The ID of the new bling pipes is a smidge smaller than that of a std pair..1/2 a mm if that...from the pic it looks much smaller but it isn't, thicker wall just makes it look so.

I agree the pipes in the photo certainly appear to show a bigger difference than just 0.5mm smaller ID.
May be the method used to cut the pipes to the required length had burred over the ends, so they just need de-burring to bring them back to the original ID of the new pipes.

Good man for checking Mac
