Took the plunge

Decided this afternoon to chop that plastic lump of the back of my storm

Moved the number plate up about an inch as well
looks loads better :D

Yes m8 i have along with new cans , hugger , braided lines , handelbar conversion , digi gear indicator , the list goes on so ill have to do things as funds permit.
Time isnt an issue as i work 4 on 4 off but i have to watch the creditcard bill , you know how it is :roll:

Okay, time to publicly confess my ignorance... What's the difference between a 'hugger' & an 'undertray'? I've bluffed my way through Storm-life so far, telling myself they're the same thing. I'd like to get the one that fits snugly over the back wheel.

I'm not blonde, but please enlighten me as to which is what...

A hugger is what you want chuck its the mudguard that comes of the swingarm , an undertray fits underneath the back end filling in the ugly space

:?: is that a pad on the pillion seat or part of the oe seat? it just looks different from mine. Spent a couple of hours on the back of my mates 2004 VTR after my bike broke, and it wasnt nice, hence the pad question.

Yes its a Tribo seat cover , they work a treat and stop the missus sliding around when shes got her leathers on FNAR FNAR 8)
