I fitted a Ti rear spindle nut, donated by Jonesy (man hug and/or respect, you choose) and so the lightening strikes again.......
I said I wouldn't start modifying this one, but none of us actually believed it, did we.....

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Re: what have you done to your "bike" today
well picked the bike up from the garage, with my bits done and their items completed, it went great, 105 miles, and wow did it feel good to get on dry roads.
Don't they seem to go well when you haven't ridden them for a bit, it seems so quick, i did a quick 138 on a private bit of the M27 and wopped it through the forest to Christchurch. The brakes, with a strip, clean and fresh Fluid seemed fantastic. Clutch had new fluid too and the Coolant was changed, i used stuff from Halfords recommended for bikes.
It seems an easy bike to work on, i will strip and do all the suspension in September. More than happy to just ride it now for the summer.

i am, LHS is right off apart from 3mm, just a bit more on the right to go. I am loving the Bridgestones though. i need to get better at roads i dont know to be honest. the brakes on this thing are great. i am re setting the suspension settings as recommended tomorrow and then going to have a blast at that. always learning.lloydie wrote:Practice them corners [THUMBS UP SIGN]bigtwinthing wrote:well picked the bike up from the garage, with my bits done and their items completed, it went great, 105 miles, and wow did it feel good to get on dry roads.
