I have been looking through and cannot seem to find a "how to" for fork oil change? If anyone knows where it is or an easy "how to" could you let me know please? Think this will improve mellow yellows handling!! Thanks in advance.

Altough this is about a mild upgrade to std forks most of what you need to know about changing the oil is in there...Ignore the bit about tipping the oil down a storm drain...!
