not my bike, but a friends, took it to get power washed at my local petrol stn, then t-cut and waxed it, it's still a tad grubby with the paint flaking off the wheels and the odd rusty nut n bolt here and there. but she still rides well and looks nice and shiny

Shame you couldn't wash the yellow off it !!!

Today I cleaned and lubed chains on both bikes .
Removed the old power lead for my old tomtom on the bird .
Got to for one now for my garmin .

Then took my lad over the playing field with his bike .
He pulls better wheelies than me :-(

Ragged it a bit today, 142 and got a bit of a weave on, fecking scary! 137 miles in glorious sunshine.
missing the noise, not the vibes. However never say never!

Another 200 miles here today, lovely ride from Nottingham up to Lady Bower reservoir for coffee & panini "via" Cat n Fiddle, then Snakes pass and home with stop off at Matlock Bath for a hot chocolate and nibbles.
Beautiful weather, makes me yearn a bit more for summer.
Home, chain cleaned and lubed, bike washed.

Love that bike :Worship1:

Rode it down Sturton le steeple yesterday with my old observer, 1st ride since September and with the new mcct's fitted. about 70 miles altogether, it threw it down and hailed on the way back, which was nice.

Sounds interesting, your old observer? As in, chocks away and all that?
I'm so unlucky that if there is such a thing as re-incarnation I'll come back as me!

Thraped it down to Brecon and back, lovely weather but a bit cold, bike had quite bad carb fart,
maybe due to me weakening the mixture screws a tad or possibly the recent fitment of standard
exhausts, :problem:

Went to see my mate to get more chain lube .
He has a 11k orange storm with a black frame in the shop needing some work (won't start) the bike is in very good condition except from someone has got a little carried away with enamel paint on bolts and stuff but otherwise looks very nice :-) .
The owner buys and sells bikes !!! (Must resist )
