Yes Mac, I know how to do it, I just don't have the tools to hold the forks and inners when undoing them

I've not done it on a Gixer but I've had the SP ones apart quite a few times.
They can be a right pain sometimes. Often easier with two though as the springs can be a bit tough to compress without a tool on your own
Is there a online manual about? I could have a look and see how different they are from the SP and see if it's worth a crack
