I think this is flattys subtle way of asking you to lead the progressive group Chris , the McDonald's he refers to is unless I'm mistaken the one in Ripon where we have been before it's York side and has a petrol station next door , this would be best place to meet up as we go north after that , I'll get you a coffee ready! As for routes the idea is you and the fast boys can go where you like as long as we all meet up at Hawes for lunch how does that sound mate?

9am at Ripon sounds a bit pie in the sky though? By the time people arrive, get up, get dressed and ride to Ripon surely it'll be more like 10am?

Yeah thought more like 10 or 10.30 after all we have all day to ride around ,but you know what he's like and if you said 10then it would be 11 I suppose.

Had panniers on , tents ready ,god I'm looking forward to getting away for this weekend , I'm in Croydon at the minute god help me , should be back Thursday afternoon all been well , be at camp for about 11am Friday helping flatty with the blue palace , see you all arriving , have a good one guys watch out for those cagers
