I bought from these people as well.
Good to deal with, so recommended.

Forget David Silver, they are selling Honda originals, and they aren't in any way necessary; or the best choice.

I suppose if you're hung up the the "original only" thing you're stuck with buying them...

I've ordered a few on ebay at the weekend - the prices that DS/Honda want are ridiculous!

Aiming to have the bike back on the road by Thursday this week so I can get it in for the mot.

We've had no snow at all in Glasgow/Paisley over the past few weeks, so you can rest assured that on Wednesday night it will be an absolute blizzard!! :wtf:

Sorry to bring up an old post, but does anyone know the size clamp I would need to refit the original exhausts?

I've tried a 47-51 on my LHS = Sat on the bike) link pipe and it's quite a bit too big!

That's why it's best to measure before ordering - measure the circumference and dig into pie to find the diameter for your setup > http://www.vtr1000.org/phpBB3/viewtopic ... 07#p242020
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

You mean measure the diameter, then find the circumference? ;-)

I just use a bit of string then measure that  The only pie I'm interested in is Apple.
