Thanks for the advice gents. Does anyone know the spec of the nuts? Is looks like an M7?

Use plenty of Coppaslip and loosen then retighten every three months to stop them from seizing, applying fresh coppaslip each time.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
