Can i put a 1 tooth less front sprocket on without removing any links from the chain ??

You should be able to as you have enough adjustment on the chain adjusters to tension the chain aslong as your chain isnt in need of replacing because its stretched

As alan says, unless your chains shagged it shouldnt really be a problem! Remmber that the chain wont last quite as long tho....
