Probably sometime after I recover from Ian's carpet!!!
Will you be able to keep the rust at bay for that long?....

A little one in front and a skinny one from behind. And Stuart preparing himself. What more could you want?

And Phil looking bemused.... (nothing different there)

Let's see... apart from snowmobiling ( :biggrin ).... my bike plans are:
- remove carbs and replace butterfly screws with low-profile units (minor gain to be sure, but hey, it all adds up)
- make a new airbox lid with larger filter area (currently using, with great success, a K&N filter from a late-model Trophy 1200; will now try with the filter element from a K&N for VTR - 50% greater filter area)
- add heat reflective wrap to carbs (fuel bowls, carb body where accessible to do so) and airbox lower - heat is the enemy of intake air density (again, minor gains... but, see above)

come spring time:
- replace tires (or should I say, tyres  )
- have valves adjusted and get intake cams (currently Mori Stage 1 exhaust cams) replaced with Yoshimura Stage 1 units (practically same duration, 6% more lift).....

summer plans:

ride!!!!!!!!!!!! (and walk around with a goofy bike-induced smile)

I plan a trip by train to Mold magistrate's court, followed by a winter in a nice warm train all the way to work.
Funnily enough, there is a pub close to both the local station and the work end one, so I may not notice the journey very much in either direction.
Unless I get a year's ban, in which case I shall also sulk, for six months, and may possibly find time to clean a bike, maybe even both if I get bored.
There's always a silver lining

shite news tony, I hope you don't get a ban, unless you want a small ban to return to zero points, then I hope you do get a ban.... :confused

I've already told you...you can get the court hearing moved to somewhere more local...Seriously you should get a brief on the case.

Ap's correct- I can sacrifice a winter's riding to get back to a clean sheet.
And if they double my insurance, so what?
It's cheap because I'm old.
Old enough to have cheap insurance, and to remember when a pad change referred to brakes.....
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
