Comes with a standard tank and a larger tank, both apparently in good nick, there's potential there for sure!

A bit close to me - and yes that's quite a bargain with the low milage and general condition apart from the scabby fairing and bits. If I had the space I'd snap that up and fix with spares I've got in stock. Mac - another project for you to replace crumpled Custard?
Nah not for me...I got enuff already...
Making up since 2007, sometimes it's true...Honest...

It was featured in a mag recently, possibly performance bikes ?.. I think it's located at GT motorcycles in Plymouth, but maybe not part of the shop. THINK They also have a couple of NSR500 v twin ex GP bikes.

.

I saw this bike today, it's stunning and full of unobtainable parts, things like the forks were about £20k and were never available for general sale. he said there's a buyer coming over from Germany to check it all out at a price of £65k, a lot of dosh but you'd be pushed to find another and pretty much one step down from the factory WSB.. They are aslo building a replica for a customer that started as a road bike but now has lots of HRC parts, it's going to be a really nice bike.

I was a bit wrong about the NSR500's they have 6 of them :o 3 of them factory bikes. Other stuff there was RC30, RC45, NSR250, RD500 and an ex team bike Honda RS860 V Four Endurance bike. WOW

I know Saltash, stayed there for a couple of weeks. Had few pints in the pubs down by the Brunel bridge. Sounds like they have some very exclusive bikes there. Nice chippie in the high st too and it's surprising how many young drunks are out there on a Saturday night.

Is it lunacy to even consider these? From what he's told me the front will fit Firestorm disc, although I don't know the distance between disc mounting faces or bearing sizes. The rear is a bigger problem.

Nice looking wheels 8) and not a lot of money if they in G/Con. What about tyre options seeing as they are 16.5" and not 17" :?:

They'd be for the track so plenty of racey rubber around.

That was the point of my original post: is it lunacy to even try.

They're only 3/4 of an inch wider than the Storm rim but that means a 200 tyre rather than 180.

For that price just jump on them! If it doesn`t work out you should more than get your money back. If they were 17" they would be in my workshop already.....

PS. Over 2000 euros new......... 8O
